中国国际大学生创新大赛(2025)国际参赛邀请函


一、大赛简介

中国国际大学生创新大赛积极推进国际交流合作,搭建世界大学生创新实践竞赛平台,已成为参赛规模最大的全球性创新赛事。2017-2024年,共有来自150余个国家和地区的4万余个国际项目、13万余名国际大学生参加大赛。中国国际大学生创新大赛(2025)国际项目报名已启动,诚挚邀请全球优秀青年积极参加,共圆青年创新梦想,共创世界美好未来。

二、参赛要求

1.参赛人员年龄不超过35岁(199031日及以后出生)。大赛以团队为单位报名参赛。允许跨校组队,每个团队的成员不少于2人,不多于15人。

2.参赛团队所有成员须为具有国外普通高等院校学籍的在校生或毕业5年以内的毕业生(即2020年之后的毕业生)。

注:我校与国外普通高等院校联合培养学生、交换生、海外校友、国外合作高校师生均可参赛。各专业各领域的项目均可报名参加。在报名系统中,中国推荐高校请填写:南京大学。

三、参赛组别

(一)本科生组

1.创意组。参赛项目在2025426日前尚未完成工商等各类登记注册。项目负责人及成员须均为在校生。

2.创业组。参赛项目须已完成工商等各类登记注册(在2025426日前注册)。

(二)研究生组

1.创意组。参赛项目在2025426日前尚未完成工商等各类登记注册。项目负责人及成员须均为在校生。

2.创业组。参赛项目须已完成工商等各类登记注册(在2025426日前注册)。

四、赛事安排

国际项目将按照资格审查、网络评审、现场比赛三个阶段进行。国际项目无须参加校赛、省赛。

1.资格审核(2025716日—731日)

2.网络评审(202581日—815日)

3.现场比赛(20259月)

五、奖励政策

1、奖项奖金 ——国际参赛项目共产生500个项目入围总决赛评审,评选其中的150个项目入围总决赛现场比赛,从中选出50个项目获得金奖,其余100个项目获得银奖。参加总决赛评审但未能入围总决赛现场比赛的其余350个项目获得铜奖,获得金奖、银奖的项目团队和我校指导老师将获得相应的奖金奖励。

2融资机会——向顶尖投资人、企业高管、行业专家展示您的创新项目;

3导师辅导——接受优秀创业导师“N对一”深度指导;

4国际交流——与 150+ 国家、1000+ 参赛者同伴学习交流创业经验。

2、如何进行官网报名?

国际参赛项目请登录全球青年创新领袖共同体促进会(PILC)官网(网址:https://www.pilcchina.org/)注册报名并提交参赛材料。报名系统的截止时间202571524点。在报名系统中,中国推荐高校请填写:南京大学。

3、报名需要注意什么?

所有参赛团队成员必须在报名截止日期前提交学籍学历证明或持股证明。参赛项目必须提供PPT形式的商业计划书。为便于评审,所提交的商业计划书请转换为PDF格式再行上传。

Invitation to Participate in the China International College Students’ Innovation Competition (CICSIC) 2025



I. Competition Introduction

The China International College Students’ Innovation Competition (CICSIC) is dedicated to promoting international exchange and collaboration in innovation and entrepreneurship. As a global platform for college students to showcase their innovative practices, CICSIC has become one of the largest innovation competitions worldwide. Since 2017, CICSIC has welcomed over 40,000 projects and 130,000 students from more than 150 countries and regions. The competition registration has started, we sincerely invite outstanding young minds from across the globe to participate and join us in realizing your innovative dreams and creating a brighter future together.

II. Entry Requirements

1. Entrants must be under 35 years of age (born after March 1, 1990)

The Competition only accepts only team entries. Teams must consist of 2 to 15 members, including a designated team leader. Teams may be composed of students from multiple colleges.

2. Team members must be currently enrolled students at a non-Chinese institution of higher education or have graduated from such an institution within the past five years (i.e., after 2020).

Note: Students jointly trained by our university and foreign universities, exchange students, overseas alumni, and teachers and students of foreign partner universities are all eligible to participate. Projects in all majors and fields are welcome to sign up. In the registration system, please fill in the Chinese recommended university: Nanjing University.

III. Category

(I) Undergraduate

1. Idea Group Projects should demonstrate strong creativity and a well-developed product prototype or service model, and must not have completed any business registration (including industrial and commercial) before April 26, 2025. The applicant, acting as project leader, and all team members must be currently enrolled undergraduate or associate degree students.

2. Startup Group Projects must have completed all necessary business registrations (including industrial and commercial) before April 26, 2025.

(II) Postgraduate

1. Idea Group Projects should demonstrate strong creativity and a well-developed product prototype or service model, and must not have completed any business registration (including industrial and commercial) before April 26, 2025.The applicant must be the team leader and a currently enrolled postgraduate student. Team members can be currently enrolled postgraduate, undergraduate, or associate degree students.

2. Startup Group Projects must have completed all necessary business registrations (including industrial and commercial) before April 26, 2025.

IV. Competition Rules

The Competition consists of three stages. International projects do not need to participate in university or provincial competitions.

1. Eligibility review (July 16th -July 31st, 2025).

2. Online evaluation (August 1st -August 15th, 2025).

3. On-site competition (September 2025).

V. Rewards

1. Awards and Prizes —— For international participants, 500 projects will be shortlisted for the final round. The top 150 projects will advance to the final on-site competition, vying for 50 Gold Awards, 100 Silver Awards, and 350 Bronze Awards.The project teams that won the gold and silver awards and our school instructors will receive corresponding bonuses.

2. Financing opportunities——show your innovative projects to top investors, corporate executives, and industry experts.

3. Mentoring——receive in-depth guidance from outstanding entrepreneurial mentors.

4. International exchanges——learn and exchange entrepreneurial experiences with 150+ countries and 1,000+ fellow contestants.

VI. Registration and consultation

1. How can you participate in the recommendation of Nanjing University?

Participants who are interested in applying please send {Business plan in PPT format} to the email address sunying9@nju.edu.cn, and name it [International Project + Project Leader + Contact Information]. Deadline: Before 17:00 on June 20, 2025 (China Standard Time, UTC+8).

2. How to register on the official website?

Register online athttps://www.pilcchina.org/, the official website for the Promotion Association for Global Youth Innovation Leaders Community (PILC). Registration closes at 24:00 on July 15, 2025 (China Standard Time, UTC+8).In the registration system, please fill in the Chinese recommended university: Nanjing University.

3. What should you pay attention to when registering?

All team members must submit proof of their student status (current enrollment or graduation certificate) or shareholder status, as applicable, by the registration deadline. Submit your business plan in PPT format. Please convert your business plan into PDF format prior to uploading.
